  1. How do I book? Select the package you would like to hire then select the day in the calendar and follow the prompt. If the day you are looking for is not available message me, happy to check if we have any availability due to cancellations.

  2. What does your picnic set-up include? Every Set is different, click on the package you like and you will find "what's included in my package.

  3. How many people does your picnic set-up accommodate? you can accommodate between 8- 10 people per table.

  4. Do you provide food and beverages? Not, at the moment.

  5. Do you offer additional services such as set up and delivery? No at the moment, our packages are DIY.

  6. What happens if the weather changes suddenly? happy to re-schedule or give the money back.

  7. Are there any extra fees or charges I should be aware of? No.

  8. Can I see examples of previous picnic setups? Yes, please visit our Instagram page @thepicnicrental.

  9. Do you have any deals or discounts for extras? yes, I offer 50% off if you get any of my other decorations or sets for the same day.

  10. How long can we enjoy the picnic set up? Is there a time limit? All the prices are for 1 day Hire and you can keep it for 3 days, pick it up the day before and bring it back the day after your party.

  11. What is your cancellation policy? you can cancel it 5 days before your event.
